I am a fellow youth pastor that works with middle school students. As probably most youth workers I am always looking at ways I can better the ministry, learn the culture, and see how I can be more effective for the glory of the Lord. As I am sure there are other youth pastors out there that have blogs, my goal is to share my failures as well as what God has done in ministry. I plan on researching those blogs, collaborating with others and sharing it all. I welcome the reader, other youth workers, for their thoughts.
